*Please note each garment sizes and fit, varies between the listed brands and there is not a one fit size for all.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. if your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 6 hours.

Once the packaging and shipping process has started it can no longer be cancelled.

You can then cancel the order by submitting a refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period when your order is delivered,

Or within 14 days if we have delivered on 30th day guaranteed delivery period, after 44 days the refund guarantee as expired.

Return Policy - Unsatisfied After Receiving Your Order

If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

Upon receiving your parcel, please check for damages, and sign for as ‘damaged’ and inform us within 24 hours.

Returned merchandise must be in its original state, deemed to be unworn with tags attached, or be defective to be accepted for a refund.

Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Non-returnable on intimate products:

We do not accept any returns unless the item is faulty, due to the nature of hygiene with intimate products.

We will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or show signs of been worn.

We cannot accept returns on opened packs of hosiery.

Please note that returns on Adorngerie listed lingerie brands are only offered if the product item be faulty, and in line with our suppliers faulty return policy.

In the event that you need to return an item from our lingerie brand collections please contact our Customer Care Team.

Faulty Returns Of Lingerie Goods

If you have received a faulty item in your order we apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Please contact our Customer Care team who will be happy to assist you with the return of your order.

We will then confirm that you can return the item(s) to us unworn, with all the original labels and protective sleeves within 30 days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to wrongly described or faulty products.

How to return your Full Or Items From Your order

Customers will be resposible for paying return shipping costs.

Returns from the United Kingdom.

Before sending your return of faulty item(s), you must make us aware by contacting us within 14 days of arrival of your order.

You then have 30 days from arrival of your order to return the faulty goods for a full refund. We will insure your parcel if you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office (applies to UK customer only).

Faulty item(s) must be marked clearly RETURNED GOODS - please remember to pay for your return postage.

You must ensure your parcel is securely sealed and returned by standard Royal Mail Tracked service, please remember to obtain and keep safe your receipt as proof of posting and refund of postage.

We will fully refund all postage paid returning the goods. * Shipping and delivery cost more than what was paid when purchasing the item will not be paid.

Return Request - Obtain Permission Before Returning items

A return request must be created within 28 days of receiving your order.

Please return your parcel as soon as you receive your confirmation email.
Any unauthorised order returned to the warehouse or manufacturers cannot be guaranteed that it will be returned to sender, and may not be processed for a refund.


Please e-mail customer service if you receive extra merchandise in a shipment, or merchandise was delivered to you that you didn’t order.

The order number on the shipping label

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping and delivery.

Just let us know and we will provide a return address and replacement or refund if preferred

We do not issue a refund if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong address.

Refund Processing - How we refund your payment Back To You

If all the items you ordered are faulty, we will also refund your standard track postage costs as long as you let us know.

Online refunds will be made to the credit card, or PayPal account used in the original transaction.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt to allow for inspection.

Refunds will be processed onto the original method of payment (credit card, gift voucher or Paypal account).

We cannot facilitate with refunds to a third party.

You will receive an email once your order has been refunded


We only offer same size exchanges on the same faulty product.

Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within 28 days.

If your chosen size is not in stock, you will automatically be refunded and notified by email.

For alternative items, please place a new order on our website or alternatively, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.

Oversees online exchanges are not available at this time.
