We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That's why we provide free shipping on orders over £75.00 from our warehouse in the United Kingdom by Royal Mail.

The shipping costs are for deliveries in United Kingdom shipping.

STANDARD DELIVERY

United Kingdom standard delivery is provided by Royal Mail Tracked service which normally takes 1-3 days.

Delivery can take up to 3 - 7 days within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland).

PRICES

* Taxes charged on shipping rates are included in the shipping price.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours: £7.20 *Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 48 within two to three working days after they accept your parcels.

*Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of two days for over 94% of our postcodes.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hours: £9.60 *Royal Mail Tracked 24 aim to deliver the next working day, after they accept your parcels.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday: £14.40 *Items must be purchased by Tuesday for Saturday delivery.

*Royal Mail aim to deliver on a Saturday to people living in towns and cities to receive their post by 3pm. This extends to 4pm for those in more rural areas.

* DISPATCH OF YOUR PURCHASED GOODS

Goods are normally dispatched within Monday - Friday, 2 working days of receipt and usually the next working day wherever possible.

*Orders placed after 12 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

All orders are tracked and Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for, requires a signature upon arrival.

If nobody is home to sign, or your items are unable to be be delivered, your order will be returned to the carrier's local depot and instructions will be left regarding redelivery.

Alternatively, you can log into your account to track your order's delivery progress.

*There are some occasions when this could take a little longer - Christmas and New Year, Bank Holiday Weekends, etc - but our system will email you a tracking reference. So you always know where your order is and how to contact the courier with any queries.

My Tracking says * No information available at the moment.

For shipping, couriers companies, it takes 2 - 5 business days for tracking information to update on the system.

If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

How your order arrives

Orders are dispatched in a discreet outer box so you can shop in confidence knowing your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.

Inside, most / your order is packed and dispatched in a beautiful branded box.

*Note that some products will arrive in a single discreet outer box with branding and seals, inside packaging to ensure the item(s) arrive with you in the best condition.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Lost / Missing Products

Adorngerie are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please makesure that your billing and shipping is correct before processing your order.

If we have made an error we will fully take responsability of the orginal order that was made for you at no charge.

Request to cancel or amend your order

Once your order is placed, the warehouse begins to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that it is unfortunately not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Your purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days.

If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you can easily place a second order.
