DISPATCH OF ORDERED GOODS
Goods are normally dispatched within 2 working days of receipt and usually the next working day wherever possible. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
Once your order is on its way, it can take approximately 5 to 15 days for Worldwide / Rest of the World orders.
Delivery can take up to 15-21 days for the rest of the world.
United Kingdom standard delivery is provided by Royal Mail Tracked service which normally takes 5-15 days.
Tracking your order
All orders are tracked and require a signature upon arrival. If nobody is home to sign, your order will be returned to the carrier's local depot and instructions will be left regarding redelivery. For a delivery update, please refer to the delivery carrier's website detailed in your order confirmation (Royal Mail.com/ Track Your Item) and enter the tracking reference provided on the dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into your account to track your order's delivery progress.
*There are some occasions when this could take a little longer - Christmas and New Year, Bank Holiday Weekends, etc - but our system will email you a tracking reference. So you always know where your order is and how to contact the courier with any queries.
How your order arrives
Orders are dispatched in a discreet outer box so you can shop in confidence knowing your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
Inside, your order is packed and dispatched in a beautiful branded box. Note that some products will arrive in a single discreet outer box with branding inside to ensure the item(s) arrive with you in the best condition.
Request to cancel or amend your order
Once your order is placed, the warehouse begins to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that it is unfortunately not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. Your purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a second order.
BFPO, PO BOX and APO/FPO
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to BFPO, PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses.
For EU customers, import taxes will be paid by Adorngerie on your behalf. If you are based outside of the UK or Europe, you may have to pay import duties. When your delivery reaches the country of your destination, import duties and taxes are levied and payment to our carrier is necessary to release your order from customs. This may impact the speed of delivery of your order as customs processes take place. We are unable to advise on the length of time customs may take or the rates that may be charged, as they vary according to country. Please consult your local postal service for more information.
If your order is shipping outside of the UK or US then the courier may be in touch to request further information for customs purposes. This information can include but is not exclusive to NI, PID or passport information.
